How to enquire about an international order

  • Contact us with your destination country and delivery location.
  • Tell us the fruit seedling types and quantities you require.
  • We will discuss availability, seedling specifications, packaging and possible shipping arrangements.
  • Before confirming an order, check the destination country’s plant import rules and obtain any required import permits or approvals.
  • We will discuss the relevant plant-health documentation, customs procedures, shipping options, costs and estimated timelines that apply to your destination.

Important information for overseas buyers

International movement of live plants and seedlings is regulated. Requirements differ by country and may include an import permit, phytosanitary certificate, inspection, approved treatment, specific packaging or restrictions on certain plant species. An order and shipment can only proceed after the applicable requirements and a suitable shipping route have been checked. We do not guarantee that every seedling type can be exported to every destination.

Our nursery has been inspected by the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS). You can view our nursery inspection certificate. Please note that a nursery inspection certificate is not, by itself, an export permit or a phytosanitary certificate for a particular shipment.
